Are you a fan of Sisig? It's good for party and for drinking session right? =) Okay, Sisig is not just for drinking session or for party only, you can cook it for your dinner or lunch. My auntie, who was a cook book lover, search for something that can make Sisig more different. One time we went to SM to buy something and it was dinner so we ate in a restaurant. We are amazed of their sisig, it was very flavorful and we enjoyed it very much. My auntie asked for the ingredients but the man who assisted us just smiled at her. We can see how they prepare the sisig, so my auntie remember all the ingredients he put.
 My auntie and I and tried putting different ingredient,but still,we end up thinking there's something thats really missing our taste buds..

Last December, during our shopping for our christmas present in Divisoria, we decided to eat in one the popular sisig chain, and because my aunt wants to discover something, she observed how the crew was creating our sisig, she noticed that he put special sauce in it that she thought was their secret ingredient..
when we were quietly eating, she told me that she already know what to add in our sisig...

We decided to make Sisig for our Noche Buena,and put special  liquid seasoning in it...At first she didn't told me what it really was, she asked me then to taste it... I jumped up high when i tasted it, it's as if a perfect sisig, sounds absurd but true..

Can't explain the happiness and the contentment that we felt for our sisig that everyone who tried it, were surely felt the same way... I  will share our recipe, I just hope that my aunt wont get mad at me :)
